1. Pierre Fabre, founded in 1962 by Pierre Fabre, is the second largest privately owned pharmaceutical company in France, with two business divisions: medical skin cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. In 2023, Pierre Fabre's turnover reached 2.83 billion euros, 70% of which came from 120 countries around the world, and more than 190 million euros were invested in research and development. 2. In September 2023, Pierre Fabre Laboratories, through its investment subsidiary Pierre Fabre Invest, acquired a minority stake in MiYe, a French startup company specializing in skin care products and dietary supplements that enhance the hormonal balance and well-being of women.
3. In 2024, Clinical Skin announced the acquisition of Glytone, a brand of fruit acid skin care brand owned by Pierre Faber, a French pharmaceutical and cosmetics group.
4. In the pharmaceutical segment, which focuses on cancer care and chronic care, other healthcare brands and products also include: Pierre Fabre Healthcare, which includes helping families prevent, relieve and treat everyday illnesses, brands Drill, Dexeryl, Nicopass, NiopatchLib, Cicatryl, Carbolevure, Structum, PediRelax and more.
