The Group has a total of 36 brands, which are divided into 4 divisions.

(1) High-end cosmetics department:

Lancome - Born in France in 1935, the world's leading high-end cosmetics brand was founded by Armand Petitiean(Amanda Petitijean), and was acquired by L 'Oreal in 1964.

Kiehl's(Kiehl's)- Founded in 1851 in Manhattan, New York, early Kiehl's(Kiehl's) as a typical 19th century pharmacist, providing New Yorker potions and natural ingredients derived ointment, in 2000 was acquired by L 'Oreal.

Giorgio Armani - a luxury brand founded in Milan, Italy, in 1975 by fashion designer Giorgio Armani, licensed its beauty product line to L 'Oreal Group in 1985. In 2018, the two parties renewed the licensing contract until 2050.

Yves Saint Laurent(Yves Saint Laurent)- Founded by Yves Saint Laurent in France in 1962, its beauty line was acquired by L 'Oreal in 2008.

HR(Helena)- Founded in 1902 by Ms. Helena Rubinstein(Helena Rubinstein) luxury beauty and skin care brand, acquired by L 'Oreal in 1988.

Uemura Shu(Uemura Shu)- In 1967, the famous Japanese makeup artist Shu Uemura(Shu Uemura) named a well-known Japanese international cosmetics brand, in 2004 was acquired by L 'Oreal.

●Ralph Lauren(Ralph Lauren)- The American fashion brand founded in 1968 by clothing designer Ralph Lauren, famous for its classic polo shirts. In 1985 its beauty line was acquired by L 'Oreal.

Valentino Stepcic is an Italian fashion house founded in 1960 by Valentino Garavani. In 2018, L 'Oreal won the right to operate Valentino beauty.

Atelier Cologne - Founded in Paris in 2009, Atelier Cologne is a French perfume brand that specializes solely in the manufacture of cologne. It was acquired by L 'Oreal in 2016.

Prada - L 'Oreal 2019, the Italian luxury brand founded in Milan in 1913 by Mario Prada, has licensed its makeup line.

Maison Margiela - Maison Margiela is a fashion label founded by designer Martin Margiela in 1984.

Aesop(Aesop)- a skincare brand founded in Australia in 1987, L 'Oreal announced in August 2023 that it had completed the acquisition of Aesop and incorporated it into the Luxury Products division (LORALLUXE).

Maybelline(Maybelline)- Founded in 1917 by Thomas Williams in New York, the United States, providing professional face makeup, eye makeup, lip makeup and other products, in 1996 was acquired by L 'Oreal.

Garnier - Founded in 1903, Garnier is a French cosmetics brand. It was acquired by L 'Oreal in 1969.

●3CE- a Korean cosmetics brand founded in 2009 and acquired by L 'Oreal in 2018.

NYX is an American cosmetics brand born in Los Angeles in 1999. It was acquired by L 'Oreal in 2014.

（3）Department of Dermatology, Medicine and Beauty (LOréal Dermatological Beauty)

SkinCeuticals - Founded in 1997 by Sheldon Pienaar in the US, Skinceuticals was acquired by L 'Oreal in 2006.

LA ROCHE-POSAY - Founded in 1975 by chemist Levayer and a group of dermatologists, it was acquired by L 'Oreal in 1989.

●CeraVe - a cosmeceutical brand developed by an American dermatologist, founded in 2005. It was officially acquired by L 'Oreal in 2017.

●Vichy - a French skincare brand founded in 1931. It was acquired by L 'Oreal in 1955.

● Other brands include :skin better science, Decleor.

(4) PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS:

KERASTASE - Founded in 1964 by Francois Dalle in Paris, France, Kerastase is the world's top professional hair care brand.
